This is not a servicing role managing an inherited client bank. It is an opportunity for a Financial Planner who enjoys building long-term client relationships and growing a client base over time.
You’ll need commercial confidence, strong technical grounding and the ability to build trust with clients.
As the firm grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to mentor others and help build a team around you.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career alongside a growing firm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting new clients and building long-term relationships
- Designing and delivering holistic financial plans
- Building long-term client relationships and generating new client opportunities
- Converting prospective clients into lasting relationships
- Working collaboratively with paraplanners and administrators to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Mentoring and supporting team members as the business grows
- Continuously improving how we deliver advice
You’re the Right Fit if You…
- Have at least three years’ experience operating as a Financial Planner within an independent advice firm
- Are Diploma qualified (DipPFS) as a minimum, with Chartered progression expected
- Have a track record of building client relationships and converting opportunities into long-term clients
- Believe in holistic financial planning rather than product-led advice
- Take ownership of outcomes and focus on solutions
- Want to build something meaningful, not simply maintain an existing client book
- Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a strong team culture
- Take a long-term approach to clients and your own career
