Job Summary
Broadoak Financial Planning has an exciting opportunity to join our Wealth Management business based in South Manchester. Broadoak is committed to providing exceptional financial advice and wealth management services to a diverse client base. We are seeking a trainee or mid-level Financial Paraplanner to support the Financial Planning team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in report writing and research tasks, enabling the advisors to focus on client engagement and strategy.
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sale, M33 3HP some days in the office required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Paraplanner support to IFAs.
- Manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the coordination of client meetings and the preparation of the necessary reports/ materials.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements.
- Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
Experience / Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is important.
