The role 💼

We’re hiring a Head of Services & Operations to help us scale effectively.

This is a senior, high-impact role focused on:

  • Enterprise commercial support
  • Operational leadership
  • Building scalable systems across the business

You’ll work directly with the CEO to strengthen how we operate, how we deliver for clients, and how we scale effectively to make a positive impact on society.

If you’re someone who understands financial planning – but also wants to build systems, and have wider commercial impact – this is a rare opportunity to do both.

What you’ll be doing

🎯 Commercial (Enterprise impact)

  • Support enterprise opportunities as a credible financial services and delivery expert
  • Join client conversations where technical knowledge and service design matter
  • Help shape how Bippit’s offering is positioned in large organisations
  • Translate client needs into practical, scalable delivery approaches
  • Support Customer Success with strategic client relationships

⚙️ Operations (Scale + quality)

  • Improve how Bippit operates across both the business and our service delivery
  • Build scalable processes throughout:
    • recruitment, onboarding, training
    • quality assurance and monitoring
    • performance management
  • Maintain high standards across our coaching and guidance delivery
  • Define and manage the guidance vs advice boundary
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex cases
  • Use AI in practical ways across the business to:
    • improve efficiency
    • enhance monitoring and workflows
    • support better decision-making
  • Work closely with internal teams to embed smarter, more scalable systems

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Strong knowledge of UK pensions, tax, and financial planning
  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment
  • Experience in a client-facing role (advice, coaching, planning, or similar)
  • Strong operational mindset – you think in systems, not just individual cases
  • Comfortable working across multiple areas in a fast-moving business
  • Exhibit entrepreneurial traits, such as accountability, grit & determination, cross-functional skills, and adaptability.

Nice to have

  • Chartered status
  • Experience with enterprise clients or senior stakeholders
  • Experience with automation, AI, and improving business processes

Package & benefits
