About the opportunity
You will step into a role where the focus is on long term relationships rather than quick wins.
Working closely with an existing client base, you will take the time to understand what really matters to them. Their values, their goals, their lives. From there, you will design and deliver thoughtful, tailored financial plans that genuinely make a difference.
You’ll be part of a close knit, collaborative team who challenge and support each other in equal measure. There is a strong sense of shared ownership, pride in the work, and commitment to doing things properly.
Your work will include:
- Building deep, trusted relationships with clients over time
- Delivering holistic financial planning across pensions, investments and estate planning
- Creating and presenting meaningful cashflow models that bring plans to life
- Meeting clients face to face and being present in their journey
- Working alongside the wider team to deliver a seamless and high quality client experience
- Ensuring that all recommendations are aligned with both regulatory requirements and reflect best practice at all times
You will have access to a range of tools and technology to help you deliver excellent outcomes for clients.

Experience and qualifications
We are open minded and flexible depending on the individual, but broadly we are looking for:
- Around 5 years’ experience as a Financial Planner
- A minimum of level 4 Diploma with ambition to progress and achieve Level 6
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Support will be provided for continued development, including progression towards Chartered status.
