I already upgraded to Annual Membership earlier in the year. Do I get access to the new Virtual Classrooms automatically?
Yes. If you purchased an annual membership from 1 November 2025, it includes one free virtual classroom from R01–R05, available until 31 August 2026
On this Training page, click “Access Member Discounts” and follow the steps to generate your coupon code for free Virtual Classrooms. You use these coupons at the checkout to change the price to £0.

How do I upgrade from Monthly to Annual Membership?
To upgrade, visit the Plannex Connect page, and select the “Pay yearly” option on individual membership. We’ll adjust the direct debit automatically once you’ve sorted it, so that’s all you need to do.
What happens if my upgrade shows as pending until my next billing date?
If your upgrade confirmation says it will take effect from your next billing date, you’ll still qualify for the free Virtual Classroom offer.

What are Virtual Classrooms?
Our Virtual Classrooms are recorded, expert-led courses for each R0 exam.
They provide the same depth of teaching as a live course, with the flexibility to pause, rewind, and study at your own pace.

How much do Virtual Classrooms cost?

How do I access the App after purchase?
Once you’ve purchased access, you’ll receive an email with a magic link which will take you to the app and log you in.

I’m new to the R0 exams; where should I start?
We recommend starting with either R01 – Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics, as it provides the foundation for all other R0 exams, or R05 – Financial Protection as it is often considered the easiest of the exams (and sometimes it’s nice to start there isn’t it?),
