By subscribing to Plannex Membership, Plannex Enterprise Membership, Plannex Business Membership or Financial Planner Life Academy you are agreeing to the following terms.
1. Plannex Membership, Plannex Enterprise Membership, Plannex Business Membership and Financial Planner Life Academy are for your exclusive use. You must not share your username or password or any Plannex Membership, Plannex Enterprise Membership, Plannex Business Membership or Financial Planner Life content with anyone, including anyone in the same business as you.
2. You may not reproduce or distribute any of the content on Plannex Membership, Plannex Business Membership, Plannex Enterprise Membership, or Financial Planner Life Academy. This includes content posted on the platform.
3. The payment will be taken on a monthly basis inclusive of VAT. You will be automatically denied access if the payment fails for any reason. We are not responsible for any failure of the payment mechanism.
4. Plannex Ltd excludes all liability for content, error and omissions and the failure of any software or availability of the is website.
5. Your Plannex Membership, Plannex Enterprise Membership, Plannex Business Membership, Financial Planner Life Academy or any other services or products purchased, can be suspended or revoked at any time on suspicion that these terms have been breached or the reputation of Plannex and its community has been threatened.

How to cancel your subscription to Membership, Business Membership or Financial Planner Life Academy
If you commenced your subscription to Membership or Financial Planner Life Academy from February-2025 you can cancel through your personal profile on Mighty Networks.
- Go to “Plans and Access”.
- Find your active subscription.
- Click “Cancel Subscription”.
If you purchased your subscription prior to 1 st February-25 or you have Business Membership, please send an email to ‘contact@plannex.co.uk‘ requesting cancellation.
